The Planet Dance Contact Centre is set up to offer a range of communication methods to suit you. Whether by Email, Telephone or Letter, all our Planet Dance advisors have extensive knowledge of our product ranges and as keen dance enthusiasts, fully understand your needs. And don't forget our Yorkshire Showroom. As one of the largest dancewear showrooms in the UK, it is an absolute treat.

As Planet Dance is a web based company, most of our customer correspondence is via Email. Responses to your enquiries will be made during our Contact Centre opening hours of Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 5pm where in the majority of cases our reponse times are within a few hours.

In addition to answering your enquries, we greatly welcome your feedback. Whether it be a suggestion on how we can improve the Planet Dance website, or dancewear products you would like to see within our collection, we value and listen to all your comments, in order to continually enhance your shopping experience with us.

From M62
Take junction 27 for Birstall Retail Park. Continue straight on the A62. Travel 1.3 miles down to the second main crossroads with the Greyhound Pub opposite. Turn left onto A652 Bradford Road heading towards Batley/Dewsbury. Turn right opposite the blue Arc car wash in to the Carlinghow Mill Complex.

From M1
Take junction 40 and follow signs to Dewsbury. For the rest of the Yorkshire Mill Mile, follow the A638 Wakefield Road until you see signs for A652 towards Batley. Turn right at traffic lights onto A652 heading towards Batley. Go straight on past 'The Mill' at Batley on your right and Tesco's on your left. Turn left opposite the blue Arc car wash in to the Carlinghow Mills Complex.

Having turned into the complex, opposite the blue Arc car wash, follow the road as it goes up a small incline and bends to the left. You will see Middle Mill in front of you to your left. There is free parking adjacent to the mill. Enter the mill by the rear door.
